Stand Up Paddle surfing, or in the Hawaiian language Hoe he'e nalu, is an emerging global sport with a Hawaiian heritage. Stand Up Paddle is an "ancient" form of surfing started by the Beach Boys in Waikiki in the 60s. TGSS instructors will teach and share the art of Stand Up Paddle with you.
Once you are standing you will cruise the waters of Hawaii, enjoying the amazing sights of the island from the sea. Instructors can also teach you to catch and ride waves. This is a fun activity for first timers and advanced students, it is also a great core and cross training workout with minimal effort!

Half-Day Stand Up Paddle Safari and Island Tour East Side
This service includes lessons and sights seeing tour of the East side of Oahu. TGSS instructor will take you to experience another side of the island whilst teaching you Stand Up Paddle on the secluded beautiful waters of the East of the island. This program is suitable for all levels of students, all equipment will be provided, including comfortable air-conditioned Jeep transport.
Full-Day Stand Up Paddle Safari and Island Tour North Shore
This service includes Stand Up Paddle lessons and sights seeing tour of the North Shore, including the famous town of Haleiwa. TGSS instructor will take you to experience the North Shore whilst teaching you Stand Up Paddle on the beautiful North Shore beaches of the island. The instructor will customize your day to also include other island activities including hiking, sight seeing, snorkelling and more. Perfect for all levels the full day will also include lunch at a local favourite. All equipment will be provided, including comfortable air-conditioned Jeep transport.
