Waikiki is a 10 minute drive from the beach house.The Ty Gurney School is proud to announce its brand new Surf & Stay Program on Oahu, Hawaii. The TGSS Surf & Stays feature two luxury ocean front units on Oahu's exclusive Niu Beach just minutes from Hawaii Kai and a ten minute drive to Waikiki.
The apartments can be booked individually or together if you're traveling with another couple or family.
Each unit has its own parking area, private entrance, and access to the beach, outdoor hot tub, outdoor shower, and BBQ, as well as use of the property's surfboards, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards.
Units are brand new, completely remodeled with gorgeous marbles and granites and custom mill work. Both apartments have large flat screen TV's, DVD players, and surround sound systems with indoor/outdoor speakers. (Please be aware of blackout dates)

The Beach Studio
The beach studio is a spacious one studio furnished in an elegant blue and white beach theme. The bright studio comfortably sleeps three with a queen size bed and a twin trundle beneath. The studio has a bath, kitchen, sitting and dining area plus a private tropical garden lanai fronting the ocean.
Rates
The Beach Studio is $1,600 for a week and includes a custom surf package with Ty Gurney Surf School — your choice of:
» three private or semi-private two hour surf lessons in Waikiki
» one private or semi-private two hour lesson and a half day surf tour
» or a one day island surf tour with an instructor in the surf safari jeep.
The Beach Studio is also available for rental for experienced surfers interested in surfing one of the best left breaks on Oahu. Just grab your board and paddle out. If you choose to book the Beach Studio without booking a surf package its $1,100 a week plus cleaning and security deposits.

The Bali One Bedroom
The one bedroom apartment is furnished in an exotic Bali surf style with a stylish kitchen and bath, separate bedroom, sitting area, dining area, and its own private tropical garden lanai fronting the ocean. The Bali unit comfortably sleeps three to four with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room.

The Bali One Bedroom is $2,000 for a week and includes a custom surf package with Ty Gurney Surf School — your choice of:
» three private or semi-private two hour surf lessons in Waikiki
» one private or semi-private two hour lesson and a half day surf tour
» or a one day island surf tour with an instructor in the surf safari jeep.
