Ty Gurney School School Surf and Stay Program features two luxury ocean front units on Oahu's exclusive Niu Beach - just minutes from Hawaii Kai and only a ten minute drive to downtown Waikiki. Each unit comes with your own customized surf school package!
The apartments can be booked individually, or together, if you're traveling with another couple or family.
Each unit has a parking area, private entrance and direct access to the beach, an outdoor hot tub, outdoor shower and BBQ. Each unit also has exclusive of the property's surfboards, kayaks and stand up paddle boards.
Each unit is brand new and completely remodeled with gorgeous marble, granite and custom mill work. Both apartments have large flat screen TV's, DVD players and surround sound systems with indoor/outdoor speakers. Units are subject to availability and blackout dates do apply.

The Beach Studio
The beach studio is a spacious one studio furnished in an elegant blue and white beach theme. The bright studio comfortably sleeps three with a queen size bed and a twin trundle beneath. The studio has a bath, kitchen, sitting and dining area plus a private tropical garden lanai fronting the ocean.
Rates
The Beach Studio is rented at a weekly rate of $1,800 and includes a custom surf package with Ty Gurney Surf School with your choice of:
» three private or semi-private two hour surf lessons in Waikiki
» one private or semi-private two hour lesson and a half day surf tour
» or a one day island surf tour with an instructor in the surf safari jeep.
Additional lessons can be booked at a discounted rate of 20% off the TGSS's advertised rates.
The Beach Studio is available for rent, without lessons, for $1100, plus cleaning and security deposits.
The Bali One Bedroom
The one bedroom apartment is furnished in an exotic Bali surf style with a stylish kitchen and bath, separate bedroom, sitting area, dining area, and its own private tropical garden lanai fronting the ocean. The Bali unit comfortably sleeps three to four with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Surf Fitness Camp
Ty Gurney Surf School is excited to offer a four or seven-day Surf Fitness Camp to men and women looking to explore Hawaii while getting fit and healthy at the same time. Camp will offer a combination of surf, stand-up paddle, hiking and yoga/fitness classes guaranteed to get you on the way to a fit and healthy lifestyle. In addition, a full-body fitness assessment and nutrition plan will be outlined for you at the beginning and end of camp.
Ty Gurney Surf School instructors will give multiple surf and stand-up paddle lessons as well as will take you on 1/2 day surf safari adventures that will include hiking, surfing, swimming and snorkeling at some of the best spots on the island of Oahu. You will also have your own qualified personal trainer/fitness instructor to guide you through daily fitness classes and/or oceanfront yoga classes right in front of your room. Included in the Surf Fitness Camp is a complete fitness assessment upon arrival – providing a guide on how to get fit and healthy through exercise and nutrition while having a blast!
